Our Services

Cascade Dizziness & Balance PT is a specialty physical therapy clinic focused on treating dizziness, headaches, balance problems, as well as related orthopedics issues.  By combining a caring and personalized approach with state-of-the-art expertise and years of experience, we can help you return to the activities you love.

Vestibular rehabilitation therapy is focused on treating dizziness, balance and other movement problems related to dysfunction of the vestibular system or central nervous system. Problems such as vestibular neuritis, BPPV, concussions or migraines can cause dizziness in people. Using an exercise-based approach, your therapist will guide you through activities, positions and exercises to improve your function and resolve your symptoms.

Our balance training program is individually designed for people who are having difficulty navigating their usual environments, have a history of falls or who are more cautious about moving.  Balance problems can be the result of a variety of medical conditions from concussions to Parkinson’s disease.  At Cascade Dizziness & Balance PT, we treat you as an individual to achieve the best possible outcomes for your situation.

We also treat orthopedic problems of a variety of types, including chronic pain, low back pain, neck pain and other issues. Orthopedic problems are often related to dysfunction between neurologic control and orthopedic components. Our approach is whole-system movement retraining to teach your body how to move better from tip to toe rather than just treating isolated areas. Our goal is to treat the entire person to both solve the immediate problem and prevent further problems in the future.

Fall prevention is a serious topic at Cascade Dizziness & Balance PT.  For people with osteoporosis, preventing falls is absolutely critical.  Our osteoporosis program is an evidence-based exercise program designed to help stop bone loss, as well as improve balance function.  Additionally, we are interested in working with people with Parkinson’s disease or other mobility-limiting diseases to help them maximize their function and prevent falls.

Experience is important. Co-owners Lisa Eaton and Julie Grove have over 20 years of experience as PTs. Lisa and Julie work in close collaboration with our newer team members, Alexa Burwell and Mark Hinderaker, to ensure the best care for each patient. Everyone on our clinical staff is actively engaged in developing their clinical skills to be the best clinicians possible for the patients who trust us with their care.

We are fully open for new and returning patients.
